The veliqoryx.com site is owned by Veliqoryx S.R.L., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71892354-6, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 1234, Floor 8, City of Buenos Aires (C1425), Argentina, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under N° 15.842.

2. Purpose

Veliqoryx is an educational space dedicated to real estate crowdlending in Argentina. The content published is of a general nature and does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice, nor a public offering under the terms of Argentine Law 26.831 on Capital Markets.

3. Appropriate use

Users agree to use the site in accordance with the law, morality and good customs. It is not permitted to interfere with the operation of the site, extract content by automated means without authorization or impersonate third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, trademarks, logos, images and other content on the site belong to Veliqoryx S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine Law 11.723 on Intellectual Property. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that might apply.
